Thank you for shopping at Statik. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a transparent and smooth experience with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, personalized items, gift cards, and clearance/sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team exclusively at statikphonecharge@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, full name used during checkout, and a detailed reason for the return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any unverified address without explicit confirmation from our support team.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our support email.
