All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

We are proud to offer shipping to multiple regions worldwide. Our standard shipping estimated transit times are between 7 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your specific location, regional logistics efficiency, and external conditions.

Tracking Your Package

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become fully active and scannable by the carrier network.

Customs, Duties, and Import Delays

Statik is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, taxes, or local charges applied to your package upon entry into your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
